What information do we collect?

I collect information from you when you register on my site, subscribe to my newsletter or fill out a form. When registering on my site, you may be asked to enter your: name, email address, mailing address or phone number. I do not, however, care (really) how many Big Macs you have eaten this week, and you may, if you so choose, visit my site anonymously.

What do I use your information for?

Any of the information I collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

To personalize your experience (your information helps me to better respond to your individual needs). No... not THAT way...
To improve my website (I continually strive to improve my website offerings based on the information and feedback I receive from you)
To improve customer service (your information helps me to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)... okay I may not...Your information, whether public or private, will NEVER be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company or person (or monkey) for any reason whatsoever, without your consent.
I may send you periodic emails but it will NOT have to do with Amway or the Home Shopping Network. =)

If you decide to opt-in to my mailing list, you will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, I include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

How do I protect your information?

I implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you access your personal information. Really I do... my hamsters go through very serious privacy protection tactical training and we take it very seriously... Okay really, I do take privacy seriously even though I like to joke around a lot.

Do I use cookies?

Yes, like just about every other site out there. (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information I use cookies to understand and save your preferences for future visits, keep track of advertisements and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

Do I disclose any information to outside parties?

I do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist me in operating my website, conducting my business, or servicing you (wow - that's actually extra), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. I may also release your information when I believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce my site policies, or protect my or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses, again not Amway.

Occasionally, at my discretion, I may include or offer third party products or services on my website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. I therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, I seek to protect the integrity of my site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
