Sometimes I find myself doing research and getting lost in the overlapping webs of cyberspace. You remember back in the day when you had to look up a word in the dictionary and then that led to another word and another word and so on? If you were a geek or a bookworm you were still sitting there two hours later reading the fascinating collection by Merriam-Webster. If not, you set the dictionary on fire and chucked it out the window as you ran out the door to ride your bike to the local 7-11 to buy nachos, a slurpee and play pinball or PacMan with the best of ‘em.
Anyway, I’ve found I need to find a better way to organize all my thoughts, research and information gathering, so I figured why not make an online journal that I can share with others.
Which brings me to another reason – the social networking web. I still say, I would like to develop a site that will have a very simple front page with something similar to say a zodiac wheel. But instead of the astrological symbols there would be Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Digg, etc. etc. so you could login to each of these sites from a singular point in (cyber)space. It absolutely drives me nutty trying to keep all these social networking sites organized… but I digress…
I’m offering up this site to share whatever I decide to share with you and hope in turn you decide to share thoughts and ideas with me… it’s that simple. =)
